(Mark 12:31) "If all the marches, all the prayers, the speeches, the encyclicals,- the entire effort of each of you - saved but one human life, would not the Lord of life say to each one of us and to each individual who has ever made the effort on behalf on human life: 'Well done, good and faithful servant, receive the kingdom the Lord has prepared for you from all eternity. For you not only fed me and clothed me and confirmed and consoled me and visited me in prison. You saved my life.' (John Cardinal O'Connor)" |
![]() On December 20th, 2005, this killing center at 3012 Packard Road in Ann Arbor closed after 20 years of harming women and killing children. Prayerful protest and sidewalk counseling, which saved many mothers and children, brought about this prolife victory! Unfortunately, the abortionist, "Dr." Alexander, soon reopened in Ypsilanti; see below. Photo tour of what was discovered inside! After Dr. Alexander was evicted from his Ann Arbor location (see above) he reopened in Ypsilanti on 9 Washington near Michigan Ave. This abortion mill then closed after months of prayerful protest, including the use of graphic abortion images, and sidewalk counseling! Dr. Alexander admitted to one of the prolifers that he had been defeated by their activism, and stated that he would never return to do abortions in south-east Michigan. It is believed he continues to kill children and harm mothers in Muskegon and Traverse City area. Please pray and sacrifice for his conversion!!

Motivated by love, the "Ann Arbor Activists" engage in only legal, peaceful activities. Jesus Christ, love personified, is the source and goal of our love. Since Christ already defeated the power of abortion by His death and resurrection, a culture of life is inevitable; our goal and duty is to usher it in as soon as possible! Lives and souls are at stake. Besides actively protesting abortion, we seek to proclaim the mercy and forgiveness of Jesus for all who have been harmed by the devastating lies of today's culture of death, especially the lie that abortion is a necessary evil. The pro-life movement is the greatest social justice movement because it aims to end the greatest holocaust of all time, a worldwide holocaust that has killed billions of people surgically and via hormonal and mechanical birth control, and wounded parents emotionally, spiritually, psychologically, and/or physically. Psychologists have identified 10 different types of abortion victims. Also, many women have even been killed! Abortion is more dangerous than childbirth. One day, we might be asked by our grandchildren, and perhaps later, by Jesus, "What did you do to stop abortion?"
"Love your neighbor as yourself (Mark 12:31)." Do we realize that every day, over 4000 of our neighbors are being killed in a "procedure" that emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically damages mothers (and sometimes physically damages or kills them) and fathers? Do you know that hormonal birth control probably kills an even greater number of people? Are we aware that millions of our neighbors are missing from our neighborhoods, schools, churches, etc.? Are we loving these hidden, unborn neighbors as ourselves? Are we seriously discerning what God wants us to do in regards to helping abortion's victims, the child and his/her mother? Fr. Frank Pavone points out that every Sunday, Christians cry out to God for mercy, help, and justice. Do we show mercy, help, or justice to the least of Christ’s brothers and sisters being slaughtered daily in our midst? Do we warn people considering abortion by word or deed? Do we share Christ's mercy and love with those who have made this tragic mistake? "Rescue those being dragged to death (Proverbs 24:11)" "Nor shall you stand by idly when your neighbor’s life is at stake (Lev. 19:16)." Some people can do little more than pray for an end to abortion because of their circumstances. Others, perhaps, can do more, but are comfortable with praying only. Indeed, prayer is the most important tool we have, but "even prayer can become an excuse, a refuge from our responsibility to take action (Fr. Pavone)." Christians during church services in Nazi Germany would sometimes sing louder to drown out screams coming from passing trains, filled with Jews, Christians, and others, heading to the concentration camps! In those circumstances, attempting to help the Jews and Christians would likely result in death. Today, the personal risk involved in rescuing abortion's victims, the unborn & their mothers, is significantly less.
Guided and strengthened by Christ, we strive for two goals:
We engage only in charitable, prudent, LEGAL, NON-VIOLENT activities that have successfully accomplished the goals of converting the born and rescuing the preborn. If more people would prayerfully participate in these activities, more people would be converted and rescued, Godwilling. We pray before, during, and after every activity, for "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible (Mt. 19:26)."
Our goal is to save the born from misery in this life and in the afterlife, and to save the preborn from slaughter. Please join us in prayerful activism! "If all the marches, all the prayers, the speeches, the encyclicals,- the entire effort of each of you - saved but one human life, would not the Lord of life say to each one of us and to each individual who has ever made the effort on behalf on human life: 'Well done, good and faithful servant, receive the kingdom the Lord has prepared for you from all eternity. For you not only fed me and clothed me and confirmed and consoled me and visited me in prison. You saved my life.' (John Cardinal O'Connor)"
